This year, we are honoring one of Codman’s founding traditions that, 19 years later, is just as embraced, respected, and loved among staff, students, and alumni alike: Crew. Adapted from Outward Bound by EL Education, we strive to create a school community and culture that promotes compassion, collaboration, and respect for one another. We are Crew, not passengers, working together to achieve our goals.

Crew is more than just an advisory system – it is the way that we do school. Crew is a support system, an act of kindness, and a growth mindset. It challenges us to be more thoughtful, reflective, and considerate. Through the Crew model, Codman is a welcoming space of collaboration and kindness, and brings our motto to life – to learn, to lead, and to serve.

Historically, Codman’s annual event fundraising represents 25% of our annual fund goal. This year, we especially need your help! Join us in celebrating the philosophy that “We are Crew, not passengers.” A gift today directly supports our students, teachers, and community!
